Vendor Opportunities to Support the 19th International ISPS Conference
Coffee Breaks $1,500
AM and PM
Your organization or company name will be prominently displayed announcing your sponsorship. Coffee breaks (include coffee, tea, scones or biscotti) will be held mid-morning and mid–afternoon each day at Cooper Union. There will be an acknowledgment in the conference program. With more than 500 attendees, this is a valuable networking opportunity for you and the attendees. A 6 ft table in a central location will be available for your literature and materials. Coffee breaks can have more than sponsor.
Lanyards $ 2,000
Lanyards are attached to the attendee badges. Your organization or company name will be printed on the lanyard and used by every attendee. A 6 ft. table in a central location will be available for your literature and materials.
Tote Bags $3,000
Tote bags will be handed out to every attendee on site. The bags will be filled with the conference program, information about New York City, restaurants and cafes, literature about ISPS and other pertinent materials. Your organization or company name and logo will be imprinted on one side of the tote bag. A 6 ft table in a prominent location will be available for your literature and materials.
Conference Program $3,500
The printed conference program, given to all attendees, includes the complete daily listings and biographical information on all speakers, panels and events throughout the conference. Ads and other basic information necessary for the full enjoyment of participants will appear in the program. The conference program sponsor will receive a full page back cover ad and acknowledgement. A 6 ft table in a prominent location will be available for your literature and materials.
Other opportunities including hosting the Saturday Night Gala Party at a prominent New York destination or the Opening Reception are also available.
